My journey began in residential real estate, where I purchased and remodeled properties, adding square footage and transforming them into valuable rentals or profitable sales.
 
Transitioning into commercial real estate, I founded a successful property management and leasing company, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. My efforts were recognized with the prestigious BOMA Office Building of the Year Award in California. Managing over 500,000 square feet of space and closing multiple lease deals each month, I built and led this thriving business for over 15 years.
 
My extensive background in property management and leasing provides me with a unique advantage in understanding the needs and desires of property occupants. This insight allows me to develop properties that are not only ideal for occupancy but also easy to maintain. Additionally, I am skilled in pro forma analysis, helping to evaluate properties for their highest and best use, value-add potential, and financial feasibility analysis.
 
Now, as I venture into developing my own commercial real estate projects, I leverage my comprehensive experience across all sectors of real estate to assist buyers in every facet of their real estate journey. I am a licensed real estate broker in California, Idaho, and soon-to-be Florida.
